Join us at the Kāpiti Coast Arts Trail - Ōtaki Pottery Club Showcase
​Discover local ceramics at the Tote Modern Gallery 

​Explore a vibrant showcase of ceramic work by our club members and guest artists, and take a peek inside the Ōtaki Pottery Club facilities while you are here. Many makers begin their journey in one of our classes, then go on to become members. Browse at your own pace, with no obligation to purchase, and enjoy a wide variety of artists and styles in one place.

1 to 2 November, and 8 to 9 November 2025
Open 10.00 am to 4.00 pm daily

We are also open Friday to Sunday throughout the year, 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

What to expect
  • Handcrafted tableware
  • Decorative vases and bowls
  • Unique ceramic sculptures
  • Raku and pit fired creations

Purchase a mug and enjoy tea or coffee by koha.
Our barbecue will be serving food each day from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Find us
Tote Modern Gallery, Ōtaki Racecourse, 47 Te Roto Road, Ōtaki.
There is ample parking on site. Access from the old Main Highway to Rahui Road is closed, please detour via Te Manuao Road to Freeman Road, then back to Rahui Road.
