Geometric Constructs in Clay

Come and join Frederick Church on an 8 week journey exploring slab building techniques to create geometric and freeform multi sided shapes.
Over the 8 weeks you will explore technique, design aesthetics, and how to create the very clean, tidy finish that Frederick is renowned for.
Explore different clays and what clays are good for your style of work.
You will be creating lidded boxes, multi sided shapes and freeform curved shapes.
Start exploring surface decoration and learn about test tiles and glaze techniques.
