Sarah Brock

Sarah has been a practicing artist, art tutor and mentor since 2009. She works in many mediums and has an endless interest in the possibilities of new materials. She sees the tutoring environment as a two way street, where the student and tutor learn from one another.

She has been a finalist in the Adam Portrait Awards, a Merit Award winner in the Molly Morpeth Canaday Awards, a finalist in the Parkin Drawing Awards as well as having work shown in media specific shows such as the Peter Doig Art Awards and Ceramicus.

Sarah has previously taught classes at her studio, The ReMakery, as well as The Learning Connexion and The Wellington Potters Association. She now tutors classes at Evans Bay Yacht Club, and Raumati South Memorial Hall. Starting in Term 1 2024, she will be tutoring Sculpture at Otaki Pottery Club.
